SHIPPING

We will process + ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days. In the event that items are backordered, we will immediately notify you of any expected delays + will ship the items as we receive them. Please note that if an item is temporarily out-of-stock, items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. You will be alerted as soon as each item is ready to be shipped. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority + most furniture orders are shipped via FedEx. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Due to potential unforseen weather or other circumstances, we cannot guarantee shipping times + delivery dates. In the case of an unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you posted on your order's status.

CUSTOM SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority + most furniture orders are shipped via FedEx. If you would like your order shipped overnight, expedited or certified, please email hello@hellocrisp.com for a custom shipping quote + we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

PAYMENT

We offer secure online ordering + accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover + American Express via Shopify Payments service.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Connecticut at the state + local tax rates.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@hellocrisp.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Hello Crisp is not responsible if a package is stolen once delivered or tampered with. Hello Crisp will, however, assist in any way possible to launch an investigation with or seek reimbursement from the particular shipping service.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Hello Crisp purchase. In the case that you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of order delivery provided items are returned unused + in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing list.
Edible products are not returnable or exchangeable. While we do provide store credits + exchanges, all original shipping expenses are non-refundable.
To return merchandise, contact hello@hellocrisp.com. Prior to shipping, please let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue a return authorization number that must be included in your return package.

Please note that Hello Crisp is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges + we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Hello Crisp.
