In fact cornbread baked in cast iron achieves a golden brown crust on all sides + never tasted better. This skillet is also a great choice for lighter meals, side dishes + big breakfasts. The deep side walls keep cooking where it belongs + an extra thick base reduces hot spots.
This pan makes pouring easy from any angle due to its geometric shape. Its pre-seasoned, ultra-polished cook surface is safe for use with any utensils, including metal spatulas. The polished stainless steel spring handle is comfortable in hand + a ribbed helper handle on the front lip makes lifting easier. Individually handmade + hand seasoned with natural organic flax seed oil.
